What causes GOUT?
Its caused by high levels of uric acid in body.Hyperuricemia can occur either when the body produces too much uric acid or when the body does not excrete enough uric acid.
Luckly most of the causes can be reversed by simple measures and life style modification.

3-Several life-style factors such as drinking alcohol (particularly beer) excessively and being overweight.
4-Foods that are rich in purines include red meat, liver and kidneys, shellfish,tuna.
white bread, white rice, pasta, sugar beverage.
5-MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Gout is also more common in people with medical problems such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high levels of cholesterol or fats in the blood, and heart or kidney problems.
6-MEDICINES
as a side effect of some medicines like diuretics, or 'water tablets', which treat high blood pressure or fluid retention.
