Shoulder pain can be a result of injury or disease of the shoulder joint. Injury can affect any of the ligaments, bursae, or tendons surrounding the shoulder joint. Injury can also affect the ligaments, cartilage, menisci and bones of the joint. one of the commonest cause of shoulder pain is Rotator cuff tear.That occurs when one of the tendons no longer attaches fully to the humorous bone. This can result in pain, swelling, and drastically reduced mobility. Usually, muscles aren’t what are damaged but instead the tendons suffer the damage.

 It is caused by issues like overuse, improper technique performing some action, stress, and injury. Most common caused by overuse. Regular wear and tear will gradually cause the tendons to fray, known as a degenerative tear which occurs as a result of sudden injuries.

Symptoms of Rotator Cuff Tears 

1-Severe pain throughout the arm

2-Limited range of motion

3-Swelling and Pain that is sporadic in nature

4-Atrophy of muscles

5-Significant pain during rest

6-Pain that gradually worsens over time

7-Cracking sensations during movement of the arm

8-Inability to lift the arm completely

9-Aches and pains over the front of the shoulder

10-Pain at night when lying on the shoulder
