''PRICE'' treatment & prevention of heel pain/plantar fasciitis
(PROTECTION/REST/ICE/COMPRESSION/EXERCISE)
PROTECTION:
1-Wear shoes with good shock absorption and the right arch support for your foot.
2-Heel cups or shoe inserts to help cushion your heel.
REST:
Decreasing the activities that make the pain worse is the first step in reducing the pain.take some rest in between activities.
ICE

PREVENTION
1-plantar fasciitis is a self-limiting condition.it can take up to 6-8 months to resolve.
2-Being overweight can place excess pressure and strain on your heels.Losing weight and maintaining a healthy weight by combining regular exercise with a healthy, balanced diet can be beneficial for your feet.
3-Wearing appropriate footwear is also important. Ideally, you should wear shoes with a low to moderate heel that supports and cushions your arches and heels.
